This Student Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing student participation in courses and services offered by IG Infosystem Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering or enrolling in any course, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) on behalf of their child (referred to as “Student” or “you”) agree to comply with this Policy.
By registering or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
We provide online educational services in the field of co-curricular activities to the enrolled students under the brand name “Talent Gum”. These services are delivered through virtual classrooms with an objective to enable the Student to access quality training in co-curricular activities, imparted by qualified and experienced instructors.
We have developed a proprietary curriculum in structured modules, which you are required to follow and complete, in order to progress through various levels of instruction. Designated instructors appointed by us shall facilitate and assist you in the completion of these modules and in achieving the desired learning outcomes.
To access our courses, you will be required to create an account on our platform and, for such purposes, you will be required to furnish certain personal details including, but not limited to: (a) name; (b) email address; (c) location and other contact information; and (d) date of birth (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information").
We offer subscription-based course plans designed to cater to varying levels of your proficiency and learning goals. The available course plans are:

1. You can attend 45 minutes of demo classes free of charge, upon request.
2. Upon completion of the demo classes, you are required to enroll in a subscription-based course package of your choice to continue accessing our course content and services, with the instructor of your choice.
3. Payment options may vary depending on the course module. All subscription fees must be paid in advance, and the billing cycle will be determined by the subscription plan selected by you.
1. Duration of each session shall not be extended beyond the scheduled time, under any circumstances, as the instructors have back-to-back classes.
2. You will agree that the timely communication of session cancellations will enable us to manage instructor schedules efficiently and promote fairness across student batches. Therefore, you shall request cancellation of a scheduled session only through the following modes and within the prescribed timelines:
3. If we do not receive cancellation requests within the timelines specified above, or if no prior intimation is received, the absence shall be treated as an unnotified leave, and the session shall be deemed to have been availed and accordingly deducted from your applicable Course Package.
4. In the event you cancel or are unable to attend four (4) or more consecutive sessions, we shall not be under any obligation to assign the same instructor or reinstate you in the same batch as previously allocated. However, we will make reasonable efforts to support your continued progress by providing access to relevant class recordings and/or by accommodating you in an alternate batch, subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
5. At the end of the course, you will be issued a course completion certificate, and you can opt for more advanced level courses, depending on your interest.
1. We are committed to accommodating your scheduling preferences to the extent feasible, arising due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) and differences in time zones may necessitate adjustments to scheduled session timings.
2. In this regard, the following terms shall apply:
3. No refunds shall be provided for any changes in session timing necessitated by DST or time zone adjustments.
4. We shall provide reasonable assistance in identifying suitable alternate batches, but some degree of flexibility on your part is expected.
5. Time change requests shall be considered only within your originally selected time zone category as defined below:
A. You will appreciate that frequent changes in the assigned instructor and/or repeated requests for rescheduling of class timings may adversely impact your academic progress and the overall effectiveness of group sessions. We will not allow more than one (1) request in one (1) quarter of the year for a change in the assigned instructor and/or for rescheduling of class timings.
B. You agree that any such requests exceeding the allowable number shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Company and may be denied without obligation to provide any justification.
In the event of the unavailability of the assigned instructor for any reason whatsoever or rescheduling of the original session, you will be notified at least two (2) hours before the commencement of the scheduled session on the Dashboard. In such cases, we will make arrangements for a qualified substitute instructor to conduct the session.
For one-on-one sessions, you will have the option to reschedule the session instead of attending with the substitute instructor. However, such rescheduling shall not be permitted for Buddy (1:2) or Group (1:5) sessions, to ensure consistency in the collective learning experience of all participants in the group.
You are required to observe the following standards of conduct and virtual classroom etiquette to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and effective learning environment:
We reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including but not limited to verbal warnings, temporary suspension, cancellation of subscription and/or permanent removal from the Platform, in the event of any violation of the foregoing rules.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access, view, and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to accessing curriculum modules, posting or viewing curriculum-related content through embedded link functionalities, placing orders through our store, and utilizing the information, applications, and services made available on the Platform.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-compliance with the terms of this Policy.
All rights not expressly granted to you under this Policy are hereby reserved with us.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, patents, trade secrets, know-how, curriculum, software, applications, databases, and other proprietary content and materials (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), made available on or through our Platform, whether registered or unregistered, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:
Access to and use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or license rights in the Company’s Intellectual Property, except as expressly provided under this Policy. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
Any content, material, project, creation, performance, or work product developed, created, or produced by you during any of the sessions conducted by us, including but not limited to artwork, music compositions, written work, performances, recordings, and other similar outputs, etc. shall be deemed to be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
We shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, or otherwise exploit such Student-created content in any form or media, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and internal training resources, without any further consent or compensation to you.
By enrolling in the course, you expressly waive any claims to intellectual property rights, royalties, or attribution in respect of such content.
Any unauthorized use, infringement, or violation of the Company’s Intellectual Property may result in appropriate legal action and/or immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
Refunds, where eligible, shall be calculated on the following basis:
We shall not refund the course fee under any of the following circumstances:
You may cancel the course subscription at any time during the validity period of the applicable course package, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
We retain all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, trade dress, trade secrets, know-how, and any other proprietary rights, in and to all content, materials, and information made available on or through the Platform. This includes, without limitation, the curriculum, textual content, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, applications, logos, and any other content provided by us (collectively, the “Proprietary Content”).
You shall not, directly or indirectly, copy, reproduce, download, publish, distribute, transmit, modify, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Proprietary Content available on the Platform or official social media channels, in any form or manner, without our prior express written consent.
In the event you record any virtual session conducted through the Platform, such recordings shall be used strictly for your personal and educational use only. Under no circumstances shall such recordings be published, disseminated, uploaded, or otherwise shared on any social media platform or used for any commercial or monetary purpose.
Any unauthorized use, sharing, or dissemination of the Proprietary Content or recorded sessions by you shall constitute a material breach of this Policy, and we reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action, including but not limited to civil and/or criminal proceedings, against you.
All concerns, complaints, or grievances arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be addressed by Ms. Garima Varun, General Manager (Operations) hereinafter “Grievance Officer”), by the procedure outlined below:

All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours, and we shall endeavour to resolve the same expeditiously, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint by the Grievance Officer.
In the event that any question, dispute, difference, or disagreement arises between you and the Company, in connection with or arising out of the interpretation, implementation, or performance of this Policy, and the same cannot be resolved amicably through mutual discussions, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the above arbitration clause, it is agreed that the courts situated at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Policy.
