Neeraj Verma

Shilpa Khetarpal is a highly experienced Coding Instructor at TalentGum, with a Master's degree in Engineering specializing in Electronics and Communication. Leveraging her background in education, she transitioned from her role as an IELTS trainer to focus on teaching coding to children. Since 2020, Shilpa has successfully conducted online classes, imparting coding knowledge to over 600 students. Neeraj is a skilled educator with six years of teaching experience in computer science, both online and offline. With a BCA (2015) and MSc in Computer Science (2018) from the University of Allahabad, Neeraj has taught at institutions like Bishop George School & College and R.S. Global Senior Secondary School in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.   • Q. What devices are required for the online coding class?
    A. To ensure a seamless learning experience, students are required to use a tablet with a keyboard or a laptop for the classes. Unfortunately, classes cannot be conducted on mobile phones due to limitations in screen size and functionality required for coding activities. A larger screen and a physical keyboard are essential for typing code and navigating coding platforms effectively.
  • Q. What happens when my online course is finished?
    A. You will be provided with a course completion certificate! We strongly recommend students to go for advanced levels with us after completing a 12 month course.
  • Q. How do I assess the progress made in the classes?
    A. You will receive a detailed progress report at the end of each level, outlining the student's achievements, skills developed, and areas of growth. Additionally, towards the end of each level, the teacher will provide verbal feedback on the student's progress and share the roadmap for upcoming sessions. This helps ensure you're fully informed about how the student is progressing throughout the program.
  • Q. Can I contact the teacher directly?
    A. All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgency, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.
  • Q. What happens if a student misses a class?
    A. If a student misses a class without prior cancellation, the session count will be deducted. However, if the class is cancelled in advance (at least 1 hour prior), the class will be carried forward without reducing the eligible session count.
  • Q. Which are the different batch options available?
    A. We offer classes tailored to meet each student's learning needs:
    • Individual (1:1): A fully customized, one-on-one learning experience designed to focus entirely on the student's progress, goals, and interests.
  • Q. What is the duration of each online class?
    A. Each individual session for online class is for 45 minutes.
  • Q. Can I cancel my online course subscription and get a refund?
    A. Yes, you can cancel your online course and request a refund. To do so, please send an email to hello@talentgum.com. We recommend reviewing our Terms & Conditions for detailed information regarding the Refund Policy before submitting your request
  • Q. Is there an option to cancel the classes for a few days in between?
    A. Yes, you can cancel a class through the dashboard if the student is unable to attend, provided it is done at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time.
