Can I cancel my online course subscription and get refund?

Yes! You can cancel your online classes at any time if you have enrolled for the full course by sending an e-mail to us. The amount for the remaining classes will be refunded to you. Our e-mail id is customerservice@talentgum.com

What if I miss a class?

If you have enrolled for a group class, you will be provided with the recording of class you have missed. We request you to go through the recording and clarify your doubts in the next session. Classes can be rescheduled if you have enrolled for an individual session.

What happens when my online course is finished?

You will be provided with a course completion certificate! We strongly recommend students to go for intermediate and advanced levels with us after completing beginner 3-month course.

Can I contact the teacher directly?

All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgency, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.

What are the timings and days of online classes?

Classes take place twice in a week (option for 3 sessions/week also available). Timings can be adjusted as per student and teacher availability.

What is the duration of each online class?

Each group session for online class is for 55 mins while the individual session is for 45 minutes.

Affiliated with Trinity College London, our online Keyboard & Piano classes have been crafted by expert musicians to help your little one start their music journey! This course will help kids to build a robust foundation in music and get them started on the path to Trinity's graded exams.

With our interactive live sessions, students will not only be able to play popular Bollywood and Western songs confidently but will also learn Music Theory with engaging games and activities ensuring a high fun quotient in every class. Intervals & Exam Prep: Learn diatonic & compound intervals, create chords family, and intervals for extended chords. Focus on ear training, prepare 3 Trinity exam songs/pieces.
