These online Yoga classes are designed to provide a holistic learning experience to your child from Day-1. Students will start learning the yoga poses as a beginner and slowly they will progress towards intermediate and advanced levels with Balance, Flexibility and Strength.
Students will be introduced to Yoga Stories followed by basic Yoga poses or asanas. Learning fundamental yoga poses like giraffe pose (Tadasana), Tree Pose (Vrikshasana), etc., with proper alignment and techniques. These poses will help improve flexibility, balance, and strength. Breathing exercises and warm-up sessions will be conducted to enhance breath awareness, reduce stress and promote mental well-being!
Students will be diving deeper into their yoga practice with advanced asanas. Progressing to more challenging yoga poses, including inversions, backbends, and twists.Learning how to create and structure yoga sequences that flow smoothly. Developing a regular meditation practice to enhance mental clarity and focus!
Students will be encouraged to create their own yoga sequences or stories. Kids can give final presentations where they can showcase what they've learned. Introducing simple yoga philosophy and values such as kindness, gratitude, and compassion. Incorporating these values into yoga practice and daily life!
