A. Typically up to 10 songs will be taught in each level of 24 sessions. However, the curriculum and our teachers are flexible enough to tailor the number of songs as per each student’s learning pace and ability.

Q. When will my child get the Trinity Certificate?

A. It takes roughly 12 months to prepare for Grade Initial. It can take up to 6-9 months to complete the grades beyond that. With regular self practice, this timeline can be significantly reduced as well. After the child has appeared for the exam, it can take up to 3 months to receive the result and the certificate from Trinity College London.

Q. Will my child be able to compose his own songs?

A. The inclusion of music sheet reading and writing, ear training, and music repertoire building in our curriculum ensures that every child can make and play music independently. This skill development can take roughly 9 to 12 months. Every learner will begin with simple melodies, progressively moving onto more complex ones through each level.

Q. What happens when my online course is finished?

A. You will be provided with a course completion certificate! We strongly recommend students to go for advanced levels with us after completing a 12 month course.

Q. How do I assess the progress made in the classes?

A. You will receive a detailed progress report at the end of each level, outlining the student's achievements, skills developed, and areas of growth. Additionally, towards the end of each level, the teacher will provide verbal feedback on the student's progress and share the roadmap for upcoming sessions. This helps ensure you're fully informed about how the student is progressing throughout the program.

Q. Can I contact the teacher directly?

A. All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgency, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.

Q. What happens if a student misses a class?

A. If a student misses a class without prior cancellation, the session count will be deducted. However, if the class is cancelled in advance (at least 1 hour prior), the class will be carried forward without reducing the eligible session count.

Q. What is the duration of each online class?

A. Each group & buddy session for online class is for 55 mins while the individual session is for 45 minutes.

Q. Which are the different batch options available?

A. We offer three batch options tailored to meet your child’s learning needs: Group (1:5): An engaging, interactive experience with up to 5 kids per batch, encouraging collaborative learning. Buddy (1:2): A personalized setting with just 2 kids per batch, offering more individual attention. Individual (1:1): A fully customized, one-on-one experience, designed to focus entirely on your child’s progress and interests.

Q. Can I cancel my online course subscription and get a refund?

Shubham is a professional Guitar Instructor with 10+ years of experience with Graded Curriculum such as Trinity, ABRSM and Rockschool. He is adept at creating custom lesson plans for learners, advising learners on equipment purchases and encouraging learners towards self-practice. He specialises in Rock & Pop, Metal, Fingerstyle and Blues.

With over 10 years of experience in music education, Nishant specializes in teaching guitar to students of all levels. His career spans teaching roles at multiple academies as well as offering private guitar lessons both online and offline. For the past six months, he has been a Guitar Facilitator with TalentGum, an innovative e-learning platform. Nishant is deeply passionate about the transformative power of music, believing that it not only builds focus but also enriches lives in countless ways.

Souvik Hazra is a music educator, performer, and curriculum developer passionate about nurturing young learners. A Grade 8-certified guitarist from the London College of Music, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music (Online). He has received awards such as the Steve Mandell Memorial Music Scholarship (2022) and the Grey Fox–Bill Vernon Memorial Scholarship (2025). Sahil is a certified Rockschool Grade 8 guitar player and instructor specializing in Rock & Pop, Funk, New Wave, Instrumental, Metal, and Blues music. With over 10 years of experience working with graded curriculums such as Rockschool London and Trinity London, he brings both expertise and passion to his teaching. His approach focuses on building strong fundamentals while keeping lessons engaging and creative. Sahil encourages students to explore improvisation, song composition, and performance, guiding them to grow as confident and expressive musicians.
